To reactivate your dormant account, please follow the steps below:

1- Ensure your Kuwait Mobile ID verification level is set to “High”

2- Make sure your biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) is activated in the app

3- Log in to your SiDi App

4- Tap on your Account Balance

5- Select “Reactivate Dormant Account”

6- You will be redirected to Kuwait Mobile ID for authentication

7- Complete the authentication process successfully

8- Return to the SiDi App

9- Your account will be successfully reactivated
