SiDi (Simply Digital) is a Digital Wallet with an IBAN number designed for non-Kuwaiti individuals with salaries of 400 KD and below.
Customer can transact through the SiDi Wallet application in easy and secure manner.
No, the following exceptions can’t open the account:
Kuwaiti Citizens
American Citizens and US residents
Minors under 18 years
Politically exposed Persons (PEPs) and their families up to second degree
Persons who are stateless (illegal residents – Bedoon)
Customers with monthly Salary above 400 KWD
Agents by general power of attorney

1. Download the SiDi App from Google play store and Apple store
2. Register with Warba Bank and start the onboarding Journey
After opening the digital wallet through the SiDi App, our staff will contact you and get the SiDi Wallet Opening Form signed by visiting your location.
The card will be delivered with the SiDi Wallet Opening Forms to the customers at their location.
You can set/reset the debit card PIN through SiDi app
All POS terminals where debit cards are accepted
You can withdraw cash from any ATM that accepts K-Net cards domestically and internationally
No minimum balance is required to open the SiDi Wallet
You can get your SiDi Wallet statement for Free through the SiDi app
You can update your Civil ID through SiDi App
Cash deposit is not available for SiDi customers, but they can use the other methods for depositing funds to the wallet mentioned in this document
● Request Money service through SiDi App (sender can pay using any K-Net card)
● Split Bill (customers can request money for split bills where Sender can pay using any K-Net card)
● Wallet to Wallet Transfer (transfer between the SiDi Wallet customers)
● Transfer from Warba Bank accounts (any existing Warba Bank customer can transfer to a SiDi customer)
● Transfer from Other Local Banks (Sender can transfer money from any Bank in Kuwait to the SiDi customer)
No, international transfers can be conducted directly using the SiDi app
● Super transfer service has a standard transaction fee of KD 2. This is waived by the Bank as a launch campaign for the first 6 months of the program
● Western Union service will charge the standard fee based on the pricing of Western Union. Warba Bank doesn’t charge any additional fee for the service in addition to the standard charged set by Western Union)
