Terms and Conditions:

• Chances will not be calculated for the deceased customer and for the customer’s whose card is cancelled or carries any kind of permanent stop.
• Warba Bank has the right to change the terms and conditions of this campaign, by sending a prior notification to customers for a period of no less than a month through any advertising medium considered appropriate by the bank.
• The winners of the monthly draw are not entitled to enter any of the monthly draws for a period of 3 months.
• SiDi Wallet draw are for SiDi Wallet customers only and do not apply to any other customer segment served by the Bank.
• SiDi wallet can be opened by all non-Kuwaitis customers with age of 18.
• The Bank must confirm that the winner’s accounts are active in the draw date. In case that the winner’s account is closed or dormant, a substitute winner will be replaced.
• The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, the number of draws, the prizes, the prize organization structure, and the joining of any new segment of customers to the prize draws, including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion, by sending a prior notice to the SiDi customers for a period of no less than a month through any means of communication or advertising, as deemed appropriate by the Bank.
